£18,033 COMBE DOWN WILL
MR. F. J. COX, OF BRADFORD ROAD
Mr. Fredk. John Cox, of 29, Bradford Road, Combe Down, Bath, retired timber merchant, who died on April 12th last, left estate of the gross value of £18,033 12s. 5d., with net personalty £2,850 12s. 5d. Estate duty £140 7s. 1d.
Probate of his will has been granted to his brother, Charles Henry Cox, timber merchant, of
4, Sion Place, Bathwick, Bath, and Edward Taylor, of Hayesland House, Hayesfield Park,
Bath.
He left £200, his household and personal effects, and a life assurance policy to his wife, and
the residue of the property upon trust to her for life, and then £50 to Edward Taylor, £50 to
his nephew, Christopher Warren, £100 to his nephew, Charles Gaynor Cox, and the
remainder as to one-fourth each to his brother, Charles Henry Cox, and his sisters, Harriet
Elizabeth Cook and Alice Annie Howe, and one-fourth upon trust for Margaret Dowbiggin for
life, with remainder to the other residuary legatees.
