Obituary For Claude Ernest Morris
FUNERAL OF MR. C. E. MORRIS
Foreman of Bath Stone Firms for many years, a respected employee of the Bath and Portland Stone Firms, for whom he was a foreman at Combe Down.
Mr. Claude Ernest Morris, of Sydenham Terrace. Combe Down, died on April 21st, at the age of 62.
He was a well-known member of the Bath Cage Bird Society.
Mr. Morris leaves a widow and several children.
The funeral took place at Monkton Combe Church, on Thursday, the service being conducted by the Rev. E. Roberts, Vicar of Combe Down The family mourners were: Em, Alf and Fred (sons), Tom and Arthur (brothers), Bert (brother-in-law). Will and Len (sonsin-law) and Ron (grandson).
